BOOKING FORM & DEPOSIT
We can complete the booking form for you over the phone or by email. Deposit is 30% of the total and can be paid by bank transfer or credit card.
BALANCE & DAY PLAN
The last payment is required 12 weeks before the departure date. 3 weeks before departure, you will receive the suggested packing list and your draft day plan.
PASSPORT & VISA
We provide all the visa information upon booking.
Your passport should be valid for a minimum period of 6 months from the date of entry.
TRAVEL INSURANCE
Each participant must have their own travel insurance and we ask you to buy your travel insurance when booking the holiday..
