A short 15-minute drive takes us to your accommodation, where your sighted guide will assist with check-in and a room orientation. Take some time to unpack and relax before we meet again to go over your holiday itinerary together.

Once you’re ready, we’ll set off on an immersive tactile city tour, allowing you to experience the rich history and charm of Pisa through touch and description.

To end the day, we’ll enjoy a traditional Italian dinner at a local restaurant, savoring authentic flavors as we prepare for the adventures ahead.

DAY 2: PISA

Your day begins with a delicious breakfast at the hotel, accompanied by your sighted guide, ensuring a relaxed and enjoyable start.

Once you’re ready, we’ll set off to explore the historic city of Pisa, with a highlight visit to the world-famous Leaning Tower of Pisa. Standing at 55.86 meters tall with eight floors and 294 steps, this iconic bell tower was even proposed as one of the 7 Wonders of the Modern World!

As we immerse ourselves in the beauty of Pisa, we’ll take a break to enjoy a traditional Italian lunch, savoring local flavors together.

After a full day of discovery, we’ll head to the train station for the next stage of our Italian adventure—Florence. The scenic train journey takes approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes, offering a chance to relax and reflect on the day’s experiences.

Upon arrival in Florence, we’ll check in to our hotel and take some time to refresh before heading out for a delightful dinner in the city, where you’ll experience the charm of Florence’s evening ambiance.

DAY 3: FLORENCE

After a delicious breakfast, we set off into the heart of Florence for a guided tactile tour of the Palazzo Vecchio, the city’s historic town hall. Feel the grandeur of its magnificent rooms, including the Private Chamber of Eleanor, the renowned Apartments of the Elements, and the private quarters of Cosimo I. A true highlight is the Salone dei Cinquecento, an awe-inspiring hall adorned with works by Michelangelo and Leonardo da Vinci. As we explore, you’ll also encounter masterpieces by Michelangelo, Donatello, and Verrocchio, immersing yourself in the rich artistic heritage of the Renaissance.

Following a delicious lunch, we continue our journey through history with a guided tactile tour of the Opera del Duomo Museum. This incredible collection houses over 750 works of art, spanning more than 720 years of history. Here, you’ll experience masterpieces by Michelangelo and Donatello, gaining a deeper appreciation of their artistry through touch and description.

We begin the day with a special visit to the Museo Villoresi, a unique Perfume Museum offering a multisensory journey into the world of fragrance. You’ll also learn how fragrances are created and explore the intriguing work of a master perfumer.

After a delightful lunch, we continue our artistic exploration with a tactile visit to the renowned Frilli Gallery. Established in 1860, this gallery has a rich tradition of preserving the ancient techniques of lost-wax casting and marble sculpting. As we explore, you’ll have the chance to experience museum-quality replicas of classical sculptures, created with the same craftsmanship that has adorned royal collections, prestigious museums, and international exhibitions. Frilli Gallery’s expertise has contributed to major restoration and reproduction projects, including the faithful replicas of the Florence Baptistery Gates and monumental sculptures for Stanford University.

To conclude our unforgettable journey together, we’ll gather for a memorable farewell dinner, celebrating the experiences and friendships we’ve made along the way.

DAY 5: NAPLES

After a relaxing breakfast, we’ll assist you with checking out of your accommodation and completing a final room check to ensure nothing is left behind.

We will embark on the next phase of our Italian adventure as we go to the train station and go from Florence to Naples. The journey is approxamtley 3 hours.

Once you’re ready, we’ll set off on a discovery walk, introducing you to the vibrant streets of Naples. As we explore, we’ll indulge in the city’s legendary street food, starting with an authentic fried pizza at a beloved, family-owned eatery—a true local gem!

The evening continues with a leisurely walk through town, including a visit to the famous Cathedral of Naples, before ending the day with a delicious local dinner.

DAY 6: OLD CITY TACTILE TOUR

DAY 7: POMPEII AND MOUNT VESUVIUS

After another delicious breakfast, we set off for an unforgettable visit to the archaeological site of Pompeii. This immersive, interactive tactile tour allows you to feel the ruins of the once-thriving Roman city, frozen in time by the catastrophic eruption of Mount Vesuvius. Through touch and storytelling, you’ll gain a deep understanding of the events that reshaped history nearly 2,000 years ago.

Following our exploration, we drive towards the Vesuvius area, where we’ll enjoy a scenic lunch in the Gulf of Naples, dining at the foot of the world-famous volcano.

In the afternoon, we embark on a light hike up Mount Vesuvius, where you’ll experience the unique scent of sulfur from one of its craters and take in the surreal volcanic landscape. After the hike, we stop at a local farmers’ shop for a tasting of regional delicacies, experiencing the flavors of the fertile volcanic soil.

Returning to the hotel for some rest and relaxation, we then round off the day with a classic Italian aperitivo, followed by a delightful dinner in the city center—the perfect way to reflect on a day filled with history, nature, and unforgettable experiences.

DAY 8: ROYAL NAPLES AND PIZZA MAKING CLASS

After a delicious breakfast, we’ll take the subway and head towards the Royal Palace and Bay area for an immersive walking tour through Naples’ grand past.

Our Royal Naples Walk takes you through castles, grand piazzas, royal buildings, and elegant streets, offering breathtaking views of Vesuvius, Capri, and the Bay of Naples. Along the way, we’ll meet local artisans and storytellers, who will share fascinating tales about the city’s history and craftsmanship, making the experience even more engaging. You’ll discover timeless legends and relive the city’s glorious history as the capital of a kingdom from 1266 to 1861. Highlights include:

• The Royal Palace of Naples, a symbol of power and grandeur.
• The world’s oldest opera theatre, a masterpiece of art and culture.
• A visit to one of Naples’ most iconic fortresses, Maschio Angioino.

For lunch, we’ll enjoy a meal by the seaside panoramic area, near the legendary Castel dell’Ovo (Castle of the Egg)—the place where it all began!

After some rest and relaxation at the hotel, the evening brings an exciting hands-on experience—a Neapolitan pizza-making class with Gennaro, a local expert. You’ll not only learn how to craft the perfect pizza but also hear about the local history of this beloved dish. Once your pizza is ready, we’ll sit down together to enjoy the fruits of your labor and celebrate a day of discovery and flavor.

DAY 9: DEPARTURE DAY

It’s time to say Arrivederci to Naples. We’ll assist you with checking out of your accommodation and ensure everything is in order before we drive you to the airport.
