Your Roman holiday begins as you arrive at Rome’s airport, where your friendly Seable team and local guide will be ready to greet you with a warm welcome. You’ll be transferred to your accessible accommodation in the heart of the city.

Settle into your room, unpack, and take time to rest or enjoy a short orientation walk with your guide. Feel the buzz of the city streets, the warm breeze on your skin, and the echo of footsteps on cobbled alleys as you begin to take in the atmosphere of the Eternal City.

Return to your hotel for a hotel orientation led by the Seable team, ensuring you feel fully comfortable and at home in your surroundings. Time to relax and freshen up before the evening ahead.

With the assistance of your guides, we’ll ensure that all your belongings are gathered before check-out. Afterwards, we’ll travel together to Rome’s Fiumicino Airport, where your guides will accompany you to meet the airport’s special assistance team, who will support you through the check-in process and ensure a smooth and comfortable journey home.

It’s time to say farewell. As your journey home begins, we hope you carry with you the lingering scent of freshly brewed espresso, the echoes of ancient Rome, and the warmth of shared memories from the Eternal City.

We advise you to fly to Rome Fiumicino airport between 12 pm and 1 pm to be met by a Seable staff member

If you arrive at a different time, a transfer will be pre-booked and you will meet the Seable staff member at the accommodation

The return flight is suggested at 3:00 pm
